In last month’s blog post, we kicked off our Summer of Learning, by challenging our Colleagues to take advantage of the professional development opportunities offered through the Relias Learning Management System. We even gave away $25 Amazon gift cards to three of the Colleagues who participated.
Check out the winners and the full list of reviews from Colleagues who completed Relias trainings last month here.
Since we had so many great responses, we decided to extend the challenge!
Every time you complete a training and post your review in the comments section below, you will be automatically entered into a drawing to win a $25 Amazon gift card. Winners will be selected randomly, so you never know when you could win!
Winners will be posted on this blog post and announced in our “This Week at ATI” weekly email newsletter.

Happy learning!
I just recently took the Inspiring Performance: Motivating and managering for results training through Relias. It was great! It focused on making sure your Colleagues understand the big picture and that we as managers set clear expectations, give regular feedback, communicate, and give them an understanding or an awareness of what success looks like. This training has already helped me rethink the way I manage and motivate my Colleagues. I definately recommend this training.
I recently took Addressing Overweight and Obesity in individuals with mental illness. It was a very helpful training since a lot of our folks take a lot of medication that can make you gain weight. It gave you ideas of how to open up the conversation, and where to go with the conversation. Good Training!
The Effective Workplace Writing course was the perfect refresher for writing in a professional environment. It covers commonly misused and misspelled words as well as tips for keeping your writing on topic and to the point. It also covered email writing, specifically how to keep this method of communication professional and clear without being overly formal. Most of the material covered here will be familiar to users, but it really does serve as the perfect refresher course for anyone who uses writing as a method of communication in the workplace.
Earlier this year, we developed an affinity for Retro Bowl, a simple but captivating American football game influenced by 1990s arcade classics, created by the company responsible for the immensely successful ‘New Star’ mobile series.

The modes of the water eject tool are very useful as a speaker cleaner. Soft mode removes light water or dust, Normal mode allows for daily cleaning, and Deep mode completely removes moisture accumulated inside, resulting in a clear sound from the speaker again.
If you are planning a complex home renovation project and need to precisely estimate the amount of materials required to avoid unnecessary waste, this specialized online calculator could be the perfect digital tool to ensure your measurements are accurate and your budget stays strictly on track.

Love this initiative! Extending the Summer of Learning challenge is such a great way to keep the momentum going and encourage ongoing professional growth. Offering a chance to win a gift card for sharing training reviews is a fun and motivating touch. I’m excited to jump back into Relias, complete a few electives, and share my feedback—thank you for continuing to invest in our development!

My Aadhaar has simplified many tasks that used to be time-consuming earlier. From opening a bank account to verifying identity for mobile connections, everything is now quick and hassle-free. The Aadhaar authentication process is fast and reliable. I also appreciate the option to lock and unlock biometrics for security. The digital version is equally valid, which is very convenient. Overall, Aadhaar is a powerful tool that supports digital transformation and helps citizens access services efficiently.
This post does a good job motivating continuous learning by turning professional development into something engaging and reward-driven. The idea of reinforcing participation through small incentives like gift cards helps build consistency and keeps engagement high.
The extension of the “Summer of Learning” challenge shows a smart understanding of behavioral momentum—once people start participating, keeping the system active is key. The randomness of rewards also adds an element of unpredictability that can sustain interest over time.
What stands out here is how the program encourages repeated effort rather than one-time participation, which is often more effective for real skill development. Completing trainings and reflecting through reviews creates a rhythm of learning, application, and feedback.
The structure of this challenge also highlights how digital platforms are increasingly shaping workplace learning through accessible, on-demand content. Being able to complete trainings and immediately reflect on them in a shared space helps reinforce knowledge retention.
The incentive system described here works because it balances autonomy with motivation—participants choose their trainings but are guided by rewards and recognition. This creates a dynamic environment where effort is self-directed but still connected to a shared framework.
I really liked the energy behind “Calling all Exceptional Colleagues! Take the Challenge and WIN!” because it feels motivating and designed to bring out a healthy sense of competition in a workplace or community setting. I liked how the idea of challenges can encourage people to push their limits, learn new skills, and stay engaged instead of falling into routine tasks. It also creates a sense of teamwork and recognition, which can really improve morale when done the right way. It also reminded me of PlayPelis APK, where users are constantly drawn to engaging and interactive experiences that keep them coming back—similar to how challenges keep participants interested and active. I personally think gamifying work or learning environments can be very effective when balanced properly. What kind of challenge do you think motivates people more—individual competition or team-based goals?
I really like the idea of encouraging people to share what they learned instead of simply completing a course and moving on. Reading reviews from colleagues can make it much easier to discover valuable trainings that might otherwise be overlooked. Small incentives are nice, but I think the biggest benefit is creating a culture where continuous learning and measurable progress become part of everyday work. Great initiative.
