Our amazing finance team is growing! We are proud to welcome aboard Michael Milczarek, our new Director of Administration and Finance!
Michael has long been working with us as a consultant, and now, he’s officially joined our ATI family.
What does he like most about his new family? “I have always been impressed with everyone’s concern for improving the lives of our Guests.”
He comes to us with 30 years of experience working with organizations that provide services to persons with a range of disabilities, special education needs, and behavioral health needs. Most recently, he was Treasurer/CFO at the May Institute.
“My hope is to bring my experience into play here at ATI and focus on improving the systems Colleagues interact with most frequently,” he said. This would include areas such as payroll, time and attendance, purchasing and information technology.
When Michael isn’t hard at work improving our systems, he spends time with his wife Barbara at their home in Danvers, provides consulting services to non-profits, some as pro bono work through ESC of New England, and enjoys the Saltbox Gallery, an art gallery where he exhibits his own exceptional artwork.
With his vast knowledge and warm spirit, Michael will be bringing his own WOW! Magic in no time!
