Your Future Starts Here... With a Little WOW! Magic!
At American Training, we believe in Bringing Out the BEST in Everyone We Touch Because Every Life Matters. Through our WOW! Magic Culture, we recognize that every Student has Unique Strengths, Different Talents, and Extraordinary Potential. Our StarWorks program offers Comprehensive Career Services (CCS) to help Students with disabilities explore career interests, develop essential workplace skills, build confidence, and prepare for life after high school. Through engaging, hands-on activities and real-world experiences, we provide Students with Unique & Different opportunities to discover their strengths, explore new possibilities, and take meaningful steps toward their futures.
Our Comprehensive Career Services include our Career Workshop Series, where Students explore careers, develop workplace readiness skills, learn self-advocacy, and discover educational opportunities beyond high school; WORKREADY Bootcamp, an interactive experience offered during school vacation weeks that brings career exploration and skill-building to life; and Career Test Drive, which provides opportunities for Students to experience the world of work firsthand through job shadowing, workplace tours, employer connections, and potential internship experiences. Designed for eligible Students with disabilities ages 14–22 who are associated with an educational institution, these services are intended to make career exploration meaningful, engaging, and FUN! Because at American Training, we don't just prepare Students for their futures — We Bring WOW! Magic to Life!
