Weight loss is the number one New Year’s Resolution, year after year. It’s also the most likely to fall by the wayside early on. But we’ve got the perfect solution! Bring out your Best with our American Training Biggest Loser Weight Loss Challenge!
This is not the first Biggest Loser Challenge to take place here at American Training, but it could be our biggest yet. The largest number of participants we’ve had was 50 Colleagues back in 2015. The winner then took home a $1000 prize and a healthier version of himself. Check out his story here. Word around ATI is that this is going to be a big one too! So many Colleagues are determined to get healthy, get fit, and become the best they can be! So, if weight loss is your goal, join us!
How It Works
Any Colleague who is interested in joining the challenge must weigh in on January 9 by contacting Robin G. at ext. 6822. The $20 entry fee is due at weigh-in, no exceptions. All participants will be given a packet which contains simple at-home exercises, recipes and food suggestions that boost your metabolism, as well as a schedule for a local Zumba Class in the area. To keep participants motivated throughout the challenge, we’ll be sending weekly motivational emails. We encourage participants to share what’s working for each of them here, in the comments section below, as well.
The challenge will run for 8 weeks with participants working on their own to lose weight. The final weigh-in will be held March 3. The participant who loses the highest percentage of body weight wins. The prize pool consists of all entry fees collected at the start of the challenge. The more participants we have, the greater the prize pool.
