Like the age old debate of which came first, the chicken or the egg, so are we perplexed by which came first, the WOW! Magic culture or the shiny, happy, joyful people that make up the American Training family. Did we create a great atmosphere by being so happy or are we so happy because of the great atmosphere?!
It doesn’t really matter, because the end result is a company with a great WOW! Magic culture filled with exceptional Colleagues, Guests, Residents and Students!
