American Training Celebrates the 2026 Colleague Recognition Awards
On August 27, American Training transformed our Andover location into The WOW! Magic Wild West for one of our favorite traditions of the year… our Annual Colleague Recognition Awards!
Each year, this celebration gives us the opportunity to do something incredibly important: stop, come together, and recognize the amazing people who bring our mission and our WOW! Magic Culture to life every single day.
And this year, we did it WOW! Magic Wild West style!
Cowboy hats, boots, rustic décor, music, laughter, great food, and plenty of WOW! Magic filled the evening as Colleagues from across American Training gathered to celebrate one another.
Celebrating the People Behind the Magic
The Colleague Recognition Awards are our opportunity to shine a spotlight on those Colleagues whose commitment, compassion, creativity, teamwork, and dedication to our WOW! Magic Culture exemplify what American Training is all about.
Throughout the evening, we celebrated our 2026 Colleague Recognition Award recipients. Their contributions may look different from one role to another, but they share something important in common: they help make American Training a place where people can grow, succeed, feel valued, and experience a little WOW! Magic along the way.
A Night to Celebrate Together
Of course, recognition was only part of the fun.
The WOW! Magic Wild West gave everyone a chance to step away from the everyday routine and simply enjoy being together. Colleagues enjoyed BBQ, live music, line dancing, a farm petting zoo, posing for photos, and celebrating Colleagues from across the organization in an authentic Wild West atmosphere.
It was a night filled with smiles, laughter, appreciation, and plenty of memories.
More importantly, it was a reminder that while the work we do matters tremendously, so do the people doing it.
