This year, we took off on a global journey to WOW! Magic Around the World! At American Training’s Annual Spring Break… where culture and WOW! Magic came together for an unforgettable experience.
Held on Friday, March 27th, at the DoubleTree in Andover, each American Training Branch transformed their spaces into immersive cultural destinations from across the globe. With no explanation needed, folks could walk into any room and instantly feel transported to another country.
From iconic landmarks and cultural attire to music, food, language, and interactive experiences, every detail was thoughtfully designed. Each space also represented one of our Core Values, ensuring that while we explored the world, we stayed rooted in who we are—driven by our mission and grounded in WOW! Magic.
Colleagues, Residents, Students, and Guests all played a role in creating the experience, making this event a true reflection of collaboration, creativity, and connection across American Training.
And this year’s champions? Team Admin! With incredible teamwork, creativity, and WOW! Magic, they secured the victory and the coveted Spring Break trophy.
This event was a true showcase of who we are: an American Training Family made up of Exceptional Colleagues doing Extraordinary things. Until next time, WOW!
