Tom co-founded American Training in 1979 and has made his WOW! Magic the company's unique trademark. Spending time with family, and focusing on spiritual growth are very important to him. During those rare days with downtime, Tom, a former professional ski instructor, loves to garden, sneak in a round of golf, or settle in a local coffee shop to read a good book or tell stories that would make your sides ache. Tom's favorite vacation destinations are the Caribbean as well as north of the border.

Steven Pellerin | EmailVP, Director of Day Services
During his tenure of over 30 years at American Training, Steve has served in many capacities for numerous divisions, and has made an impact on the lives of Guests and Residents alike. Having previously been responsible for secure treatment programs for chronic juvenile offenders in another organization, Steve came with experience. When not at work, Steve enjoys running, biking, kayaking, and is an avid reader and devout political junkie. He enjoys traveling to tropical destinations and, most importantly, spending time with his family. Steve has a Bachelor's degree in Administration of Criminal Justice from University of Lowell. As his personal motto, Steve has adopted, "The standard you walk by, is the standard you accept."

Jodi Howshan | EmailVP of People & Culture
With more than 20 years’ experience, Jodi has the expertise, leadership, and passion to creatively design and implement innovative training programs, while engaging colleagues and having fun along the way. She puts that passion, with a smile, in everything she does and embraces every opportunity to encourage and facilitate the learning and development of others. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Leadership at Northeastern University and has her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) Certification. In her spare time, Jodi enjoys relaxing with her husband and cheering on her children at basketball and football games and cheering competitions. She loves skiing, hiking and looks forward to her annual family camping trip in the White Mountains.
