Life Insurance
$10,000 life and accidental death and dismemberment for any colleague working at least 35 hours per week.

Vacation
1 - 2 years of service:                  2 weeks (80 hours)
3 - 4 years of service:                  3 weeks (120 hours)
5+ years of service:                     4 weeks (160 hours)

*"Superstars" working less than 40 hours per week will receive a pro-rated amount of vacation.

Paid Time Off
Personal and Sick bank of time. 96 hours per year available for full time non-exempt colleagues.. 136 hour per year available for exempt colleagues. Part time colleagues receive a pro-rated bank of time.

Holidays
We have 12 holidays per year. No waiting period.

Long term Disability
A voluntary, group plan available to all full time colleagues. Plan will pay 60% of your salary after you are disabled for three months.
