The QUEST Award!

American Training has received the "HIGHEST" Certification by the Department of Mental Retardation Office of Quality Management, Quality Enhancement Division known as QUEST!

Our two year Award was further enhanced by receiving it with "Distinction"! The Highest form of recognition an agency can receive.

Just look at the comments made about our colleagues and our programs. Staff Colleagues are commended for their positive efforts in demonstrating that individuals (Guests) are valued and for truly valuing each person's role in the agency."

The Report went on to point out that our colleagues were knowledgeable about our Guests goals and each "had opportunities to experience different types of employment opportunities through various jobs…".

Not only were we commended for being sensitive to events in our Guests' lives and helped support them during major and routine events but we were also commended for supporting people to be as independent and self reliant as possible!

And probably what we are most proud of is the fact that we are being commended for all our efforts to ensure our Guests' personal well being!

This Report and AWARD is testimony to the hard work of each of our colleagues who work 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to guarantee the very best of service you can find anywhere. And it is further testimony to our efforts that we are not just providing the best but our Guests are enjoying their training as well!
